E-COMMERCE GROWTH / META / INTERNATIONAL SCALING

Meta Ads Aren't Rocket Science. Scaling Your E-commerce Brand Isn't Either. Brand Isn't Either.

Most brands don’t have a Meta problem.

They have a numbers problem, a structure problem or a market-size problem. I work directly with e-commerce brands to figure out what’s actually stopping them from scaling, fix it, build the right Meta structure and expand them into markets where there is significantly more room to grow. No bullshit hacks. No secret Facebook strategy. No changing your ads every 24 hours.

Know your numbers. Build the right structure. Find what works. Scale the fuck out of it.

YOU DO NOT NEED ANOTHER FACEBOOK ADS COURSE

You Need Someone To Actually Look At Your Business. Your Business.

I see this constantly. A brand is doing decent revenue. They’ve got a product people actually want. Meta is generating sales. But they’ve hit a wall. So they start changing campaigns every week, launching more ads, hiring another agency or looking for the next “new Meta strategy.” Most of the time, that isn’t the problem.

I start with the boring shit that actually matters:

What does it cost you to acquire a customer?

What is your break-even CPA?

How much can you actually afford to pay for one?

What happens to profit when spend doubles?

What are your margins?

How much room is actually left in your current market?

Once you know those numbers, scaling becomes a hell of a lot simpler.

THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I SEE E-COMMERCE BRANDS MAKE

Trying To Scale One Country Forever. Country Forever.

Australia is a perfect example. You might have a great brand, great product and great ads. But eventually you are still advertising to the same population over and over again. Frequency rises. CPMs rise. Your best audiences get exhausted. And suddenly you’re blaming Meta.

The answer isn’t always another creative.

Sometimes you just need more market.

INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION

This Is One Of The Fastest Ways I've Seen Brands Completely Change Their Growth Trajectory. Growth Trajectory.

If you’ve already proven that people want your product, why would you restrict the brand to one country?

The US. United Kingdom. Europe. Canada. New Zealand. And then potentially dozens of other markets depending on your product.

Opening another market can give you an entirely new pool of customers without having to reinvent your brand. But international expansion needs to be set up properly. You can’t just turn on a US campaign and hope for the best.

We look at the entire system:

And most importantly: DOES THE MATH ACTUALLY WORK?

Because revenue means fuck all if you destroy your margin getting it.

What I Actually Do

I Find The Bottleneck. Then We Fix It. Fix It.

I don’t come into every business and give them the exact same Facebook Ads template. That’s stupid. Every business is at a different point.

My job is to find what is actually holding the brand back and attack that first.

The System System

KNOW THE NUMBERS

Before I touch anything, I want to understand exactly how the business makes money. Margins. COGS. Shipping. AOV. Break-even CPA. Target CPA. MER. Contribution margin. Repeat purchase rate. Everything. If we don't know what we're allowed to spend to acquire a customer, we're basically gambling.

FIX THE META STRUCTURE

Meta does not need to be complicated. Most accounts I see have way too much shit happening: too many campaigns, too many ad sets, too many audiences, constant changes, no proper testing process and no clear scaling system I simplify it. This is testing. This is working. This is scaling. That is it.

FIND WHAT ACTUALLY SELLS

You don't need 400 ads. You need to understand why your winners are winning. The hook. The offer. The product. The angle. The audience. The format. Then we build more around what the market has already told us it wants.

SCALE BASED ON THE NUMBERS

This is where most brands completely lose their heads. Revenue goes up and suddenly everyone starts throwing money at Meta. I want profitable scale. We determine what you are allowed to spend, what your acquisition target is and how aggressively we can push without destroying the business underneath it. Then we scale.

TAKE IT INTERNATIONAL

Once the machine works, we stop thinking small. We look at where else the product can sell and build the infrastructure to support it. For the right brand, international expansion can be the difference between fighting for another 20% of revenue and opening up a path to 2X, 3X or significantly more long-term scale.

Why listen to me

Because I Actually Do This Do This

I’m Tanner Blessington. I started building e-commerce brands in my early twenties and have spent the last several years actually operating them. Not just running an agency looking at Ads Manager.

Building products

Managing inventory

Dealing with fulfilment

Managing cash flow

Creating ads

Scaling Meta

Expanding internationally

Watching margins

Making mistakes

Fixing them

Spending serious money on advertising while doing it

Today I work directly with other e-commerce businesses and apply those same systems to help them work out where their growth is actually going to come from.

I’m not teaching you theory I learned in somebody else’s course. This is literally what I do every day.

BRANDS

Real Brands. Real Ad Spend Real E-commerce. Real E-commerce.

Speed of change

Sometimes 30-60 Days Is Enough To Completely Change the Direction of a Brand. the Direction of a Brand.

I’m not saying I’m going to magically triple every business in 30 days. That’s bullshit. But when a good brand has obvious problems that have not been fixed, things can move incredibly quickly. I’ve worked with businesses where the opportunity becomes obvious almost immediately.

I’ve worked with businesses where the opportunity becomes obvious almost immediately.

Fix those things and suddenly the business looks completely different. That is why I focus so heavily on fundamentals.

Two ways to work with me

Depending On How Involved You Want Me To Be. To Be.

E-commerce Growth Mentorship

This is for founders who still want to operate the business themselves but want me sitting beside them helping make the important growth decisions.

We work together directly over an intensive period. I go through the business. We break down the numbers. We look through Meta. We work out what is broken. We build the scaling plan. We work through creatives, budgets, acquisition, offers and international expansion.

And between calls, you have access to me when shit actually happens.

• If Meta performance falls off, send it through.
• If you are thinking about launching America, send it through.
• If you are trying to work out whether you can increase spend, send me the numbers.

It is hands-on growth mentorship, not a prerecorded course.

This is for you if:

You are already operating an e-commerce business. You are spending money on Meta. You know the brand has more potential. But you want somebody experienced helping you work through the numbers and decisions required to get there.

Long-term E-commerce Growth Partnership

This is completely different. For a small number of brands, I can stay involved in the business on a longer-term basis.

Think of me less like a coach and more like an external growth person inside your company.

I stay close to the bigger growth decisions across the year: Meta, budget allocation, creative direction, scaling, offers, international expansion, market launches, unit economics, performance and strategy.

The objective is simple: BUILD THE BRAND MUCH BIGGER OVER THE NEXT 12 MONTHS.

Rather than having somebody come in for four weeks, make a few recommendations and disappear, I stay close to the business and help steer growth as things change. This is only something I would do with brands where I genuinely believe there is a substantial opportunity.

This Is Not for Everyone. And I Don't Want It to Be. And I Don't Want It to Be.

If you’re launching your first Shopify store tomorrow with $500 and you’re looking for somebody to make you rich, I’m probably not the person. If you’re looking for a magical campaign structure that instantly fixes a bad product, I’m definitely not the person.

But if you have already built something real...
You have sales. You have customers. You have proven that people actually want what you are selling. You believe the business should be much bigger than it currently is.

That’s where I can help.

Improving the reason somebody buys from you today.

WEBSITE / CONVERSION

Finding obvious friction that is making paid traffic harder to convert.

LOGISTICS

Shipping, fulfilment, currencies, duties and the operational side of international growth.

GROWTH PLANNING

Working backwards from the revenue target and calculating what the business actually needs to achieve it.

ONGOING DECISION MAKING

Helping you work through the shit that inevitably comes up while scaling.

CORE PHILOSOPHY

Stop Overcomplicating E-commerce. E-commerce.

You need a good product, a great offer, ads that make people want it, and a system. Know your numbers. Build a system. Get more customers. Meta is a tool, not your business.

That’s e-commerce. Everything else is mostly noise.

META IS A TOOL. NOT YOUR BUSINESS.

Your business should not live and die depending on what happened in Ads Manager this morning. Meta is just the mechanism we are using to acquire customers.

The actual business is:

Your product

Your margin

Your customer

Your offer

Your creative

Your market

Your brand

Get those things right and suddenly Meta becomes a lot easier.

Business first. Ads second.

Stop Asking: “What Campaign Should I Launch?” I Launch?”

Start asking: “What does the business need to achieve?”

If you want to do $300,000 next month…

What does that require in ad spend?

What CPA does that require?

What MER keeps you profitable?

How many orders does that require?

Can fulfilment handle it?

Is there enough demand in the current market?

o we need another country?

That is how I want you thinking

BUSINESS FIRST. ADS SECOND.
